		<description>A few months ago I was standing on the observation deck of the Space Needle in Seattle.  A few feet away from me, on the *wrong* side of any place that looked safe, a guy was fixing light fixtures.  Night was falling as he non-challantly chatted with me and a few other onlookers about the job.  (Thankfully, that was the only thing that was falling.)  He had a harness and a safety line, but even so, I found him impossibly blase about the risk.

And yet I have a feeling that he&#039;d consider these guys to be completely nuts.</description>
